Hey all, I have come to realise that I have no shared that much information about myself over the years. For those that are interested, I have found some of the rarest Get To Know Me Questions I possibly find (plus some extras). As always, I nominate everyone to do this tag! Post it below and we can get a thread going.
I absolutely love the small of fresh linen. There’s just something about it, makes a room feel clean I guess.
2. Do you know a hoarder?
Yes – myself. Although people will say I am incredibly organised and tidy, I do possess a lot of random stuff. But saying that, everything I own has a sentimental value.
3. How old were you when you learned how to ride a bike?
Fun fact, I can’t ride one. My parents gave up after a 1 hour session in the local park and that was that. At some point, I will learn to do it as I used to love going on bike rides back in the day on stabilisers.
4. How many countries have you been to?
4 – I have also been to France twice.
5. What would you name your daughter if you had one?
I am always changing baby name ideas, but in fairness I have got plenty of time before I have to think about this. At the moment, I’m liking the name Evie.
6. What would you name your son if you had one?
As I just said, this is subject to change, but for a boy, I like the name Oscar.
7. What did you dress up as for Halloween when you were 10?
The nose doesn’t match in skin tone, I know.
8. Have you ever had Indian food?
As a woman of Indian heritage, it would be bad for me to not have. Indian takeaways are vastly different from the native food cooked in Indian households.
9. What would your parents have named you if you were the opposite gender?
I think my parents would have divorced if they had a boy because they both couldn’t come up with a name they both liked. My Mum desperately wanted Kyle, but my Dad wanted a rarer name, either an Irish name, or Jarrod, which my Mum hated.
10. If you have a nickname, what is it?
My Mum calls me Sophie, although not shorter, and a completely different name, it’s stuck. I’m also called Munchkin for the fact that I am small (5’3). In primary school, my friends used to call me Soap, which I am constantly reminded of.
11. How old were you when you found out that Santa wasn’t real?
I don’t want to crush any dreams, so if you believe Santa is real, he is, really. However, for me, I found out at the age of 10 by my Dad that he was writing the gift tags, and that my Mum specifically wanted Baileys on the mantelpiece so she could drink it once I went to bed.
12. Do you have any siblings?
No, I am an only child.
13. What is your favourite movie?
Back To The Future Part 1.
14. What is your Zodiac Sign?
15. What language, besides your native language, would you like to be fluent in?
Another fun fact, I have been learning Swedish for the last 2 years. I haven’t been overly committed, but I know around 400 words and could hold a very basic conversation. Although most people in Sweden speak English, I find it such a beautiful language and country, so really want to learn it! Hej då!
As I said, feel free to do this tag yourself, just let me know so I can read it!
Thanks for reading x
