Brand Focus: Bath & Soaps

2nd year of university is over for me, so time to relax for a while before I enjoy the hectic summer ahead. When Bath & Soaps got in touch to promote their new range of bath bombs and soaps, I couldn’t help but believe it was the perfect sign to encourage some me time. Here’s my thoughts on the gifted products.

Firstly, when accessing the site, I was welcomed to an array of product scents that I could only dream of. From Bath Bomb Souffles, to Aromatherapy and Olive Oil Soap Slices, to Dragons Egg Bath Bombs, Tropical Bath Bombs and Dessert Scented Bath Bombs. The wide range of products from a small business really does but the likes of Lush to shame!

Tropical Paradise Coco Bath Bombs – Papaya – £4.25

This has been in my room for about a week, and I have got to say, it scented the whole room within hours. Nothing is better than a summery tropical scent the moment you wake up – that split second of feeling on holiday is bliss.

Here’s what Bath & Soaps have to say about the product:

“Each bomb weighs in at a massive 180 grams and contains a generous portion of Coconut Butter to make it smoother on your skin. Moreover each bath bomb contains colourful soap peelings which help create silky foam and cleanse the body while you are having tropical bath relaxation. In our tropical fruit scents, your hands, body and soul will feel cleansed, nourished and moisturized. Amazing Fragrances – Beautiful Colours – Extra Portion of Coconut Butter”

My Verdict:

Although I haven’t had the pleasure to try this product yet, the scent is purely amazing, and that in itself is a good sign – the amount of bath bombs I have used with a fading scent is obscene. The amount you get for your money is crazy, the bath bomb is huge, and heavy! My only downside is it is a bit powdery, so I recommend keeping it in its packaging until use, but apart from that it looks amazing.

Cinnamon & Orange Olive Oil Artisan Soap Slice – £4.45

Once again, the smell for this product is absolutely divine. The cinnamon and orange are such intense scents that it leaves my hands smelling great for quite a while. With the slice being such value for money, it will sure last a while. The design of the different colors and jagged top makes this soap slice looking smart in the bathroom. This is a foaming soap, making your hands feel lovely and clean while smelling great.

Here’s what Bath & Soaps have to say about the product:

Soaps made with vegetable oils have many beneficial properties for skin. They are also SLS and parabens free. This soap contains ground cinnamon, which exfoliates, soothes and revives the skin. Orange calms the skin and provides it with moisture and valuable Vitamin C.

Overall:

I am so glad I was able to try out Bath & Soaps, I truly believe that I will purchase more products in the future. Supporting small family businesses is truly something I love to do – the quality and value for money is second to none. For anyone wanting to make a purchase, I have a code for 10% off – just type in SP10 at the checkout.
