With summer at its peak right now, every day is sandal weather. I am not complaining, as the sun is lovely, but for this, along with my skin my feet needed some serious TLC. Korean foot peels have been on the market for quite a while now, but there has always been a part of me that either thought it would do some serious damage to my feet or do nothing at all but take my money. But hey, I wouldn’t be a good blogger if I weren’t to investigate it for you. So here we have my thoughts on the Oh K! Peeling Foot Masks!
Oh K! Peeling Foot Mask Claims:
“A gentle, yet thorough exfoliating treatment for tired, dry feet.
Created to completely rid the feet of dead skin cells, the Oh K! Peeling Foot Mask restores feet back to their best. The innovative two-step system works effectively to slough away dulling dead skin cells, callouses and flaking patches, leaving feet soft, supple and intensely hydrated.”
Oh K!
This Kit Contains:
- Peeling Serum
- Treatment Socks
Directions
The process is very simple in itself, just pour the Oh K! Peeling Foot Mask sachets of serum into the socks provided, use the ties to keep everything secure and leave on between 1 hour – 1 hour 30. Within 4 – 6 days, the skin will begin to peel, do not pick off, as it falls off naturally when ready.
Verdict
As the process takes almost a week to begin, it is difficult to initially work out whether it is working or not. What I expect was an intense tingling sensation from the serum itself, however, it had a fruity apple scent, which I love, and only started to tingle when the timer was almost complete. There was no pain or burning sensation at all, which is what I expected considering it is a chemical peel.
Did it work?
Well, I have to say it sure did. Its been about 2 weeks now and it is still peeling, so I going to probably exfoliate the last of it away, but a substantial amount of skin has come off so far. Fair to say the Oh K! Peeling Foot Mask has worked! Also, the new skin appearing does not seem to be damaged, meaning the peel has only exfoliated the outer layer of skin, which is great. It is honestly shocking how rough my heels were in comparison to the way they are now, with very little work on my part.
*I know feet are a little grim but I thought to still add the transformation photos below, thought I would give some warning.*
Would I recommend peeling foot masks after this – well definitely yes! They are not painful at all and have such great results! Check out the Oh K! Peeling Foot Mask here!
