I am more and more shocked as I do this post every year. It honestly baffles me how I have just not given up and pushed blogging to the side. Nowadays it seems to be ingrained in me, wanting to tell everyone about my achievements. Although this year was not as successful as I would have liked, it’s been a busy year and other things taking precedence. Anyway, here’s my year in review.
Targets for 2019:
- 2000 followers
To be honest, I didn’t even look at last years goals, as then I would have become fixated, and this is not the be all and end all of success. I am currently just over 1800 followers, which is lower than expected but my engagement has increased massively.
2. Work on Instagram engagement
I think this will be a target I will include every year. I feel like every blogger has Instagram highs and lows, and I am constantly trying to improve engagement. I have gained around 400 followers within the last year, which although not as much as I would have liked, is something I am proud of. Now to just get my number of uploads to increase.
3. Include more Travel Posts
This I would like to say I achieved, although going on holiday twice does help. I would only like this to continue however, especially as I love both travelling and taking photos. Also I am a firm believer of sharing my travel experiences, if it can only help one person, then you’ve done a good job.
