There is nothing that would feel better than seeing those stats showing people reading your content. And when they spend time on your blog to check your content. If you have been blogging and paying attention to the analytics from the start. You would know how it feels. However, how do we get their full attention and let people read the full article? Here are tips to let people read your full article.
Sometimes it’s not easy to make that happen every time. People can read quickly your content as they scroll down. And I’m assuming that’s how most of us do. Because sometimes I do it as well haha. However, I do read more of the others’ posts as well when I want to know more. However, it doesn’t have to be something I’m looking for.
I will be sharing with you guys what do I feel like that grabs my attention and could grab people’s attention to read the full content. Also, what does that mean, and how it could help you? If you don’t know, it’s also great for your blog if they spend more time reading it. Hopefully, these tips to let people read your full article will help you achieve that and let people fall in love with your content.

When I say to grab people’s attention, I mean people keep reading your post until the end of it. That’s not something that would happen every time. Just in case you think it’s easy or it happens a lot. Maybe one of 100 people would read it until the end of it. But thinking about it. This is not the best result we looking for. And it will hurt your stats if they leave your post quickly.
If you don’t know… when people don’t spend time reading your content. Google won’t consider your blog to be helpful. And therefore, it might not show in the top search results. It’s a huge traffic source to be among the top of the search results.
Also, being trusted and considered as a helpful blogger by one of the best search engines means a lot. Everyone trying to do their best to get to that point. If you didn’t know about it yet. So, I highly recommend trying to make it as good as possible to grab people’s attention.
That’s what I’m going to share with you guys these awesome tips to let people read your full article. Sharing from experience because I’ve been blogging for a long time. 1-Good introduction to the post
Before you start writing the blog post. I recommend you take a few minutes to think of a good start to your post. That will get the reader to be interested in reading the post. This is the best point to start if you want to achieve that. Because… if their attention is not grabbed at the beginning. It would be difficult to get their attention anywhere else in the post. Unless they spend time exploring your post.
If you don’t know what a GOOD introduction means. Well, we are looking for a paragraph that makes the reader want to read the post. Don’t just randomly put together words and expect people to pay attention to your post. I used to do that before, but now I’m still trying to change it and do better. I started following this tip a little while ago and I noticed that it helps a lot. That’s how I decided it will be best to add to these tips to let people read your full article.
The way how you use words is very important. When a reader is impressed by your writing at the beginning. It would be 99% that he/she would read the rest of the post. So, try to practice more of how to write and explain whatever is in your mind and about the post. Make sure that you know more words and practice different ways to express ideas.
Since it’s the most important point of the post. I highly and highly recommend putting some effort into it. Because that will be worth it a lot. As always, if the beginning/start is not good. Then, the whole thing won’t be good. And that I’m sure some of you have heard it before. That also applies to blog posts as well. So it’s important to follow this which is part of the tips to let people read your full article.

2-An organized post
Sometimes we tend to just write and write. But that is not what will grab readers’ attention. You might write for yourself and what you like. The way you want to… however, make sure it’s in the best way possible. Because who doesn’t like to have or do the best? I’m pretty sure that everyone wants it. Well, when you do it, you also attract people to read more of your content.
It’s like when someone gets in your room. If it’s all tidy and clean. Have good posters on the wall and decorations. He/she will love to stay more and hang out with you in your room. Well, imagine it the same with readers and your post. The more well-organized post, the longer the readers want to read. Try to spend some time organizing everything before publishing it.
Now you may ask how and what do I mean by organized post. This could have a lot of things.
And organized post means:
- Different font colors
- Good font type and size
- Including subheadings
- Easy for readers to navigate through
- Different use of words
Here are some points that will help you to organize the post. Make it as good as possible. It might be a bit heavy to do that at first. However, as you keep doing it, it will be something you do without even feeling that you doing it. Which is worth going through the first part of it.
Different font colors don’t mean that you use rainbow colors to make it interesting. If you want to use different colors, make it well matching and not so bright or dark for the eyes. You can only use a couple of colors and that would be good. Try to be creative with it.
Also, when I say easy to navigate, it means readers can understand and go through the points of your post or content easily. Don’t make it complicated for them because it will be a big turn-off for them. And that will make them leave your post.

3-The chain attention grabber
I don’t know if you have heard of this one before. But trust me, it’s something that will work and I consider it one of the best of these tips to let people read your full article. You can’t say no to this once I explain it to you guys. It’s also something that I tried and read about before on the internet.
The chain attention grabber is when you put or use words that will make readers more excited to read until the end. For example, when your post has a good point or a tip, mention something about it at the beginning of the post hyping it up and as you keep writing, try to keep it going. And that’s how it will be useful and is one of the best of tips to let people read your full article. They would want to know more about it and keep reading until they find out.
Don’t bait the reader for something not worth it. Instead, make sure that your content includes something really exciting for the people that will read your post. And make the most of it building the chain attention grabber. Words or sentences that will hype and let people want to read until that point or it could be until the end of the post. That’s why I added to these tips to let people read your full article. It could lead the reader to the last point.
You can put more than one ending to this. For example, hype a point that will be mentioned in the middle of your post. Then, from there make sure that you mention something about the tip or a place that is awesome and exciting which is going to be next or at the end of your post. This will make it exciting for your readers to read more of your content. Again, make sure it’s worth it, and don’t hype something that is not worth hyping.
